1 Chronicles 16:11
Seek the Lord and His strength; seek His face evermore.
Reflection:
Life often feels like a journey filled with challenges, uncertainty, and moments of weakness. As we navigate these seasons, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or try to rely on our own strength to carry us through. However, 1 Chronicles 16:11 reminds us of a powerful truth: the key to enduring and thriving lies in seeking YAH’s strength and His presence.
To “seek the Lord” is not just a one-time act but a continual pursuit of relationship and reliance on Him. It is in His presence that we find the strength to face whatever comes our way. His strength sustains us when we feel weary, and His face shines upon us with guidance, peace, and love.
In wellness, whether it’s healing of the body, soul, or spirit, the principle remains the same. True healing and restoration come when we prioritize seeking YAH first. As we align our hearts with Him, His strength empowers us to press forward, and His face brings clarity and hope.
When we feel like we have nothing left to give, this verse serves as a call to stop striving in our own power and to seek Him instead. YAH’s strength is made perfect in our weakness, and His presence is the wellspring of life that refreshes and renews us.
Application:
- Begin your day with prayer, asking YAH to be your strength.
- Spend time in His Word to know His heart and seek His face.
- When facing struggles, pause and intentionally focus on His presence rather than your problem.
- Encourage others to turn to YAH for strength and guidance in their own journeys.
Prayer:
Father YAH, we come before You today, seeking Your strength and Your presence. We acknowledge that apart from You, we can do nothing. Help us to seek You first in every area of our lives—our health, our relationships, and our walk with You. May Your strength empower us when we feel weak, and may Your face guide us ever closer to Your heart. Thank You for being our refuge and our source of life. In the name of Yeshua, we pray. Amen.
Encouragement:
Take a moment today to quiet your heart, seek His face, and rest in His strength. Remember, you don’t have to walk this journey alone—YAH is with you every step of the way.
